BlackBerry Passport 2018 | How to fix the error 'WhatsApp fails to send videos even after fixed with WhatsFixer'

After WhatsFixer has fixed the Android WhatsApp on your BlackBerry 10 phones, the photo sending problem has been solved easily, as shown in my previous tutorial. However, you may still face another problem: your WhatsApp can receive videos; you can also send a video ONLY IF you just record that video inside WhatsApp chat; but you FAIL to send a video if you attach it into the chat. And you get this warning:

"Failed to process video, please try again later. If you keep seeing this message, please restart your phone."

To solve this extra problem, please follow these steps:

1. If your WhatsApp still has problems in sending PHOTOS, fix it first with WhatsFixer as I show in the previous tutorial here:

2. Delete all the unsent videos that are still stuck in WhatsApp chat (just press and hold the chat, then click delete).

3. Load a video that you want to send in WhatsApp as usual and wait until it is fully loaded (check if the last frame appear to the top right).

4. Trim off 1 or 2 frame of this fully loaded video.

5. Click "SEND" button and wait until you see "RETRY" button appear (meaning it has not been sent yet).

6. Click "RETRY" and this time your video will be sent successfully!
