Any fans of BlackBerry 10 OS (BB10) would definitely feel disappointed when finally WhatsApp has stopped their support for the app that natively runs on this excellent OS, since 01 Jan 2018.
In my case my BB10 WhatsApp could continue to fully function until 10 Jan 2018 when it was suddenly could not send media files. And since 15 Jan 2018, the app even did not allow you to send texts, meaning it has died completely.
BlackBerry partly allows BB10 devices to have Android apps installed on them as we all know. And Android WhatsApp could run in parallel with its native BB10 sister (i.e. you could have run two WhatsApp accounts on one device at the same time, amazingly). Now the BB10 WhatsApp has died, but the Android WhatsApp could still function quite well on BB10 devices except that the app has failed to send photos (but it could receive media files!!!). This problem has existed for years!
Fortunately now the problem has recently been solved thanks to some nice IT guys who still give love to BB10 OS. Here in the video I made, detailed steps of how to fix the error are shown. Continue to enjoy WhatsApp functions on BB10 devices again in 2018!
