[Maps.Me can run on iOS, Android, and BlackBerry 10 OS]
As you may notice in the previous post I rave about HERE WeGo when talking about a free full offline navigation app. That great app, however, doesn't cover all countries.
Thus in this post, I would like to show you another great offline navigator that allows you to download a map of any country you want to explore. What's more? Maps.Me can smoothly run on BlackBerry 10 OS, which HERE WeGo cannot!
If you have an iPhone or iPad, get the app from Apple App Store. And for an Android phone, you get the app from Google Play Store.
For a BlackBerry 10 device, like my Passport Silver, I recommend that you do not get the app from BlackBerry World but download the Android version 5.2.1 directly from Maps.Me website. Such Android version offers much quicker offline search plus runs more smoothly than the BB10 version, surprisingly!
Here below is how to get Maps.Me to work on your BlackBerry 10 device. For iOS or Android devices, it is much easier; you just get it directly from the corresponding Store.
