Uninstalling an app by pressing and holding the app icon then pressing the small dustbin sometimes causes a problem that you cannot re-install the app, or you can re-install the app but it is unable to run.
There are other ways to uninstall an app in a "cleaner" manner. And Ghost Commander can handle the task quite well.

Note: At this moment, the BB10 Ghost Commander from BlackBerry Word does not work as well as previous time. But the latest Android version still functions extremely perfectly. So just get the Ghost Commander apk and try it to see if your app running problem can be solved.
